This Moderate Flogger is made from blue and black cowhide leather with a blue heart shaped cut-out on a black band and black trim. It has 48 tails that measure 1/2” wide and 20 inches long. Like all of our floggers, the handle is cotton wrapped oak rod to prevent damage or slippage while using from sweat and/or other liquids on your hands.
