This is a Hybrid Flogger made from dark red Cowhide with dark red heart shaped cut-out and black trim. It has 26 ¾ inch wide tails and 3 loops of leather barbwire hidden in its core that measure 20 inches long. Like all of our floggers, the handle is cotton wrapped oak rod to prevent damage or slippage while using from sweat and/or other liquids on your hands.
