This is a Stingy Flogger made from red and black Cowhide with cream heart shaped cut-out and black trim. It has 42 ½ inch wide tails that measure 20 inches long with metal studs added to the tips for “extra pleasure”. Like all of our floggers, the handle is cotton wrapped oak rod to prevent damage or slippage while using from sweat and/or other liquids on your hands.
