This is a Moderate Flogger made from black, blue, white and a touch of red Cowhide leather with a black heart shaped cut-out on a grey band and black trim. It has 62 tails that measure 1/2” wide and 16 inches long. Like all of our floggers, the handle is cotton wrapped oak rod to prevent damage or slippage while using from sweat and/or other liquids on your hands.
